Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility

1. .1 LegalShark will only process refunds in the following circumstances:

  • a) When the service you have availed from us has not been processed or initiated.
  • b) If any government fees applicable to the service have been deducted, no refund will be provided for the deducted amount.

      2. Refund Requests

2.1. To initiate a refund request, you must contact LegalShark’s customer support within [24 hours] from the date of                  purchase.

  • 2.2. The refund request must be accompanied by valid proof of non-processing or non-initiation of the service.
  • 2.3. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    3. Non-Refundable Services

3.1. LegalShark provides a wide range of services, some of which may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

  • a) Services that have been successfully processed or initiated.
  • b) Services for which government fees have been deducted.
  • c) Services that have been availed for a specific duration or on a subscription basis.
  • d) Services that have been customized or personalized as per your requirements.

     4. Processing of Refunds

  • 4.1. Once your refund request is approved, LegalShark will process the refund within [insert time frame].
  • 4.2. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • 4.3. LegalShark reserves the right to refund the amount either partially or in full, depending on the nature and circumstances of the refund request.

      5. Dispute Resolution

  • 5.1. In case of any dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue.
  • 5.2. If a mutually agreeable resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies as available under applicable laws.

       6. Amendments 

  • 6.1. LegalShark reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the LegalShark website.
